To build a community that values respects diversity by providing  healthy lifestyle programs, safety, crime prevention, mental health awareness and cultural respect. Through the sport of Rugby League & to showcase to the wider community linked to the game of Rugby League that our mob excel in, by directing our energies into encouraging our youths to prepare themselves for the more advanced Rugby League sporting institutions at National Rugby League level.

To provide young people and indigenous community with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors to enhance their growth physically, socially, culturally, spiritually, mentally and emotionally and to challenge our young people to be life-long learners and leaders of character committed to the values of respect, responsibility, integrity fairness, and compassion.

· Encourage young people to excel in football and reach their full potential playing professional rugby league.

· To instill the ethics of the “Essence of Australian Sports” of Fairness, Respect. Responsibility and Safety.

· Provide learning opportunities for parents and other people to be strong role models.

· Reduce the level of drug & alcohol risk-taking behaviors among young Aboriginal people.

· To support young people deemed to be at risk.

· Provide intensive, needs oriented support to young people.

· Explore issues of grief and loss to enable understanding of drug, alcohol and smoking among young aboriginal youths.
